While practicing law with a focus on family business succession, Frank Toller harbored the dream of starting a family business of his own. His wise and clever children had dreams of their own and going to law school was not a part of them. Being both patient and stubborn, in 2024 at the age of 80 he organized Photos By Phrank, to create photo-journal books with an educational twist, that focus on the natural world. He invited his kids and grandkids to participate with 100% of the proceeds from sales being used for their educational purposes. “Whitetail Deer in Whitefish Montana” is our first publication. In words and pictures, it tells the story of a young buck who wandered into our patch of ground with a broken leg. Through the book, we trace his growth and recovery over the next three years. The book also documents the development of fawns in the first year of their lives and includes over 100 photos of Montana wildlife.
